Refund & Withdrawal Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/106718921034/account and submit a return or cancellation request through your order history.

You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. We will issue a full refund — including standard outbound shipping costs — within 14 days of receiving your returned items or proof of return, whichever is earlier."Return shipping costs are your responsibility."

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (including downloadable files and online programmes) where delivery has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download or access.

All other customers

All sales of digital products and downloadable content are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
