EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive access to your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and submit a cancellation request through your order history. You must notify us within 14 days of your purchase. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

Digital Products Exemption

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content — including downloadable files and online programmes — where delivery has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download or access.

By completing your purchase and accessing your digital product, you confirm your consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived from that point.

All Other Customers

All sales of digital products and downloadable content are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
